charged me for a job that they didn't do. they said that they aligned my front end but yet still pulls to the center line as soon as you let go of the wheel just like before dropping it off

Had a good first experience with Tires Plus. Found a set of snowtires online and got them for the price that was quoted minus tire disposal fee because I kept my all-season tires to be put back on in spring. I waited at the store while my car was taken care off and it took about as long as it was quoted when I made the appointment. Very friendly staff!

Second attempt at a 4 wheel alignment. Cb said they completed it, Bellevue said it can’t be done. Now tell me why I don’t recommend tires plus.
Crooked and shady practices. We had wheels shipped here from online with prearranged prices for transferring the tires to the new wheels and mounting. We get there and they state they can’t move the tires as they are used, and could be a safety issue. The tires have 340 miles on them, brand new vehicle. This is not a tires plus policy, this is just dirtball sales trying to force a new tire purchase. Took the wheels, went five minutes down the road and had no problems getting them installed. Avoid this place.
So I call Tires Plus on Monday tell them I'd like to make an appointment for Wednesday to have an alignment done tires rotated and balanced they say no problem I dropped the car off with the keys 9:00 am Wednesday morning as per the appointment, I was told no problem it'll be done by 3:00... I call at 4:45 oh we got busy it'll be the next one in... so apparently making an appointment to have work done at Tires Plus means nothing
