Was told my tire was end of life and needed to buy 3 new tires. I went in to get a plug in a tire and they said it was not repairable. Went somewhere else and they plugged the hole. Showed me how small it was and had me on my way in 20 minutes. Felt like tires plus is running like a used car sales man. Selling me crap I don’t need and hope I just throw money around. Never coming to this location again!
Customer service and communication was top notch. Service Advisor Garvin explained things and worked to address my situation. Manager Dominick gave my situation his attention as well. I would definitely bring my vehicle back for service.
Dustin and his team are welcoming and professional. I trust the information they give me every time I am there. I regularly recommend the Plymouth location whenever someone tells me they need a car repair.
Easy to get an appointment dropped it off early fixed early and very friendly
