Good prices and service; they fixed only the minimum needed.
I came to this Tires Plus location for an alignment, which they quoted at $140. I specifically asked them to check for any worn suspension parts before doing the alignment — something I know every alignment shop does as standard procedure. Instead, they told me it would cost an extra $20 just to do that check. Golden Valley Tires quoted me $130 for the alignment and confirmed they check for worn parts at no extra charge. Nathan did an awesome job, Helped me understand exactly was happening with my car and provided multiple solutions and cost options. Excellent service for the Plymouth location and Nathan and his top notch team!!!
Just want to say what a great Service Manager Nathan Ellis was to me. On a Friday night just 5 mins before they were closing I needed help with my car ASAP!!
