Very helpful, attentive & and honest workers.
They always treat me like family and strive to resolve all my issues. I can sometimes be a little eccentric and they still treat me great! The entire staff is GREAT! Rob and his team including Josh and Willy (best mechanic ever) are super!

Horrible customer service. All my tires were separating from the wheel which I bought from tires plus with full warranty. I was in shock when I was told they are only going to give me 1 tire not all 4. They told me manufacturer defect for all 4 tires. Why didn’t replace all 4 tires. I had to buy a tire because you can just change 1 tire when all the other tires were bought same day.Went on X
