I made an appointment for a certain time, I arrived 10 minutes early. I even talked to someone to confirm about how long that my appointment would take about and hour. I waited an hour until my car was put up in the air for my oil change. They are to perform a courtesy check for air, cabin, washer fluid, battery etc. I know this wasn't done as my invoice said there was no cabin filter, which I know there is I've replaced it myself. What happened to customer service. Needed a tire @ 6:50PM was told person to do it was off the clock , but stayed behind to help clean up, OK. Asked the guy behind counter to do it , I know it was 10 min till close. A loose tire and wheel takes less than 10 - 15 minutes to mount. Thanks for nothing. Will not return for any service ever. Can't leave 0 stars or would do so.Â
