Drove in at 1pm. No cars were being serviced. They had a poor selection of tires to choose from, but took me in right away. I was them raise my car on the lift and remove the tires. For the next 45 minutes, no work was done. After 45 minutes of no work, motivation struck them and the install was completed. 20 minutes of work completed in 1 hour 20 minutes
