I give this visit no stars. I come out of there with a car that had a cracked instrument cluster. They tested over my car. There was stuff in my car that was moved around that. There is no way in hell unless they drove the living. You know what out of I will not be going back and visiting this Tires Plus over the years my family has probably bought 20 sets of tires there. Well, that has come to an end.
I have been doing business in this location for 10+ years. JOHN is the most helpful and kind guy employed by Tires Plus. I have sent many people over the years to this location and every time JOHN calls me and says thank you. This quality of customer service and appreciation should be the standard at Tires Plus. Thank you JOHN for the years and experience.
I came here a couple of weeks ago to get an oil change and ever since my car has been smelling like oil when the AC is on and I didn’t think much about it because because I haven’t needed to turn on my AC, but it was a little bit warmer today so I turned on the AC and the smell is horrible. I knew I needed to get a new engine air filter, so I bought one today and open up the hood and see that there’s oil everywhere because at Tire Plus they will change your oil, but for some reason they won’t put the cap back on afterwards. ... read more
Just so people know...Tires Plus & Firestone are owned by Bridgestone. You can get a Tires Plus credit card, OR you can use your Firestone credit card at Tires Plus. If you pay it off in 6 months on a card, you also get an interest free purchase for existing card holders. AND if you don't have a card, when applying for a new card, you can get another 5% off your total purchase!
