Ended up with a flat tire late afternoon Saturday 7/12/25, dual puncture. I called & they were still finishing work on other vehicles before close so I booked the first available appt for Sunday. Took my car up on Sat. anyway so it would be there as soon as they could get to it on Sun. I am very satisfied with the scheduling, service, and staff. I called on Monday and was scheduled for the following day. The check-in process was quick and easy. I chose to walk to nearby business for lunch while I waited for my car. When I returned, I didn't have long to wait until my car was ready. I was getting tires and alignment and I felt the price was very reasonable. The information regarding the alignment was explained to me and my questions were answered in terms that I understood. Thank you and I wish I could give more than 5 stars! The Tires Plus Team on 6500 W Kellogg Drive were awesome and they were life savers. Late afternoon Monday 6-30-25, I was on my way home from Texas to South Dakota and I heard an unfamiliar noise on my right front tire that grew worse. I called Tires Plus and they agreed to have look at it. They found the problem quickly and fixed it and got me safely back on the road. I am forever grateful to them!
