I bought tires from Tires Plus in October (8 months ago), and my tires will not stay inflated for more than a week. I went to the store, so they can resolve this since the tires were likely put on the car incorrectly. They blew me off, said they were very busy, and asked me to schedule an appointment during the week. Then, I was told that all services are "first come, first served."
Extremely impressed with Tires Plus! We were traveling here from Missouri and our back brakes when out. We called them Saturday morning on a holiday weekend and they got us right in, offered a ride back to our hotel. Fixed it right in short period of time with a very reasonable cost. Picked us back up from the hotel to get our car. Can not believe the incredible customer service and great auto service! Very knowledgeable and would recommend them to anyone! Thank you for saving our holiday weekend!
Recently had my tires balanced at Tires plus, I left town and immediately had a heck of a vibration at 60 mph. I pulled over to check things over to find two of my bolt on hub caps were nearly falling off on my aftermarket wheels on my pick up after tightening them I still have some wheel vibration. I will not be a return customer
I have been using Tires Plus in Willmar since 2007 when I over here .They have been nothing but helpful and truth full.
I had just bought my car and the ABS light on. The staff at tires plus was able to track it down, a broken wire! I have also gotten multiple sets of tires, even though the tires were not the most expensive they sell - totally satisfied. Thanks to everyone there!
