All of the staff was nice. One of the gentleman at the front counter had to order a special fluid for my car. He told me to come back on a certain day, so the tech can put the fluid in my car. Everything was right on time. Thank you.
Should have read the reviews before going to this dump apparently they don’t do brakes or they have no clue how to because the guy totally ignored me asking for OIL CHANGE AND BRAKE SHOE only did the oil change even when driving the car you can hear the clips on the brake has loud as hell they were 2 other customers here complaining about the same thing…… 🤬
Came here for an oil change, and this was my very first time here. Mr. Emmanuel and the rest of the crew made me feel so welcomed and any questions I had they thoroughly answered them. 10/10 will definitely be coming here from now on.
Dominque Derrick and Eric was amazing ! They provided great customer service and great details on my vehicle I think I found my new mechanics !
And just like that! When I tell you Tire Plus technician Charles and Dominic took care of my car! Great customer care and service was outstanding! I didn't have an appointment I walked in at 6:20 with 40mins before they closed 🙃 I'm grateful 🙏. Now I can drive hours to my meeting tomorrow morning safely. Thank you!
