The Tires Plus location on Cascade is poorly organized and inattentive. I took my vehicle in for a tire alignment, only to discover during an oil change at the dealership that they failed to replace the engine cover after removing it. When I called to inquire, they claimed they had no record of my visit. What is happening at this location? How can they service vehicles without maintaining proper records? Tried to charge me $108 for an oil change. No filter, no additional services, just an oil change. Representative told me the price was due to my car taking full synthetic oil. My car takes 4.4 Qts 0W-20 synthetic oil; it costs ~$25-30 tops for 5 Qts.
