Editing my 5 star to one star. The GM Daniel is rude and has zero accountability when listening to customer concerns. "I wasn't there and don't know if that happened". It happened. Then you happened and now I have to look for another auto shop.
They refuse to install tires unless you buy them from them.
They were extremely busy this time around that I needed my car serviced. Ryan is very attentive and courteous.
I just wanted to say how awesome and incredible Nathan was. He was able to get my vehicle in and notified me that there was more issues then what I thought there was. He was very helpful and explained everything to me, and told me what I needed and didn't need but told me that for my safety and my family’s safety to come back when I could to get other things worked on and not once did he push me into getting things done.
