Don't bother calling. I tried scheduling an appointment after calling the number that's posted on Google here. And after talking with a person at a call center and "scheduling"an appointment with them after they apparently " confirmed my time" I drove all the way here to find out my appointment was never confirmed with the shop and was told that the call center is a separate entity so it's not their fault. Big waste of my time and no accountability.
Quick service and solid recommended maintenance for a high milage car. I've been going for elyeats and will continue to do so.
Called and schedule appointment for transmission flush. When I arrived was told they didnt have the fluid or anyone that could do this service. Should not be able to schedule appointment if service is not available. Secondly I asked to rotations and alignment. When I picked up my car they said my tires were fine and this service was not needed. I said I wanted it done as my car has been drifting and then you could also check the brake pads. I rarely make Google reviews, but Tina’s customer service at Tires Plus at the Commerce drive location is unmatched. She is willing to go the extra mile for the customer…Every. Single. Time. I have been getting my brakes and tires serviced at this specific Tires Plus location for a few years now, and they do a consistently-solid, high-quality job. They did fine with the tires but they tried saying driver side lower control arm ball joints were loose! Just had it at a mechanic and he said there is nothing loose or wrong!!! They really wanted that extra $900!! Wow!!!
