Do Not bring car or truck here I brag my truck here on March 16th to getwater pump fix I got back on 22th The Manager Robert tell me when I pull up Key stuck in Ignition so I had my alley mechanic pull up to see why key stuck come to fine out they broken shifter gear and I tell them why it stuck he tell me they not fix Dont Take Your Car HERE
Bad service broke my key … and didn’t offer to pay for a new one told me they don’t have the equipment to fix it but did I give you a broken key unprofessional service … then going to put it back together but I’m telling them when I put in the ignition it breaks off didn’t have a care in the world
Pleasant atmosphere. Everyone is helpful. It is always a pleasant experience with the staff whether good or bad circumstance that brings me and my 22 year old vehicle in.
Absolutely amazing customer service! Bryant the auto tech guy was amazing and helped me find the issue! Ed was extremely helpful and friendly and got me back on the road quickly! The manager is also super funny! It was an unexpectedly great experience and I will be back and tell everyone I know to give you guys business!! Thank you so much for your great friendly service!! I wish all Auto shops were like this!!
I tried to make an appointment online, but the store never confirmed when tho it says they have availability. When I called to confirm, they told me the hours were incorrect and they close at 4pm not 5pm like the website and Google states. Not great customer service.
