Great people and service
I had a flat tire today. Thankfully, Tires Plus was right around the corner from me. I stopped in, and I received immediate service. The staff was very friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable! I left less than 45 minutes later with a patched tire and the peace of mind that my vehicle was safe to drive. Great overall experience here.
Had new tires put on my truck. The shop didn’t perform a TPMS relearn, which caused incorrect tire pressure readings. When I asked about it, they told me I could bring it back and they would fix for a charge, something I would expect to be covered as part of a standard tire service. On top of that, my spare tire wasn’t secured properly and was left dangling, which is a serious safety concern.
Staff very helpful, knowledgable, trustworthy, and willing to go the extra yard! I stopped by without an appointment, and they were able to squeeze me in, identify the problem, have a part arrive within 20 minutes. Thank you for your service, Greg
