Poor diagnostic skills and outrageous pricing. Needed 4 new tires. Tires Plus quoted me $900. Then they said I had to replace the upper control arm because of the way one tire was wearing. Quoted me $700. Total for everything was going to be $1720. Said no thanks I’d get another quote. Got the 4 tires from Walmart for $671 including balance and installation. What a joke of a shop, went in for a simple alignment(which still pulls), and when I got home grease all over the wheel and the inner components from a torn cv axle boot. Went back in to talk to them. Troy I believe his name was, basically said not my problem must have been there before we worked on it... if there was grease all over the place(would have noticed just replaced parts) but the crooked fucks would have tried to sell me an axle. Worst most unprofessional shop I have ever been to.

Total scam.....sold me "new tires" to find out they were not new and had plugs in them.....owner is a total jerk....never again will I stand to be treated like that especially by "Troy"...young jerk that has a lot to learn about customers service...maybe he should take a class on how to treat people.. You have a lot to learn!!!! My advise....never do business there again.
This place is a rip off. We searched the tire we needed, and online at Tires Plus, it said it was $85. At the competitors like Sears, it was $85. sent my wife to pick up the tire and it was $120, plus M&B&Disp. $145 total. I have been in the auto repair business for 30 years, and this looks like a classic, see the woman coming scam. Tires Plus actually trains their employees on how to get the customer to replace suspension parts that do not need replacing.
