I’ve been waiting 5 months for them to fix my spare tire part that THEY broke and sent home without informing us. Then when my husband looked at it zip tied underneath my car we called them to ask what was going on and they told us “oh yeah we couldn’t figure out how to put that back up” we’ll y’all are a car shop right!? I have called numerous times to ask when my part will be in and each time they come up with some excuse. I’m tired of waiting. I’ll be going somewhere else from now on.

I had purchased new tires and had an alignment from them a little over a month ago. I had an issue with the front end vibrating a few weeks after the alignment that progressively got worse. I took it back to them they fixed the issue for no charge! Awesome service it’s hard now days to get service like that. AJ and his staff are amazing.
these guts are completely honest. They don't try to sell services you do not need. they check everything and will tell you what might be needed in future. I trust them completely.

I came here originally to get an oil change, and my tires rotated. They noticed I needed a new tire so I purchased one. They did an amazing job our vehicle is running great. I'm here today because our latch to open the hood was broken, not sure how that happened, however they have been working on it and got the hood up and currently trying to fix the latch.
