So to start with, I’m one of the pickiest a-holes out there when it comes to things on my vehicle. I called JR’s because I was looking for XD rims and finding them somewhere that could have them sooner than 6 weeks was a needle in a haystack. I was referred here by a friend that has been going to Jr's for years. I needed a tire alignment and also an evaluation for a "ghost" issue. They were unable to find the source of the ghost problem but only charged me for the alignment (even though I'm sure they spent a significant amount of time on my vehicle, including test driving it).
