bought new tires had to be rebalanced 3 times now theres an extra pound of lead on the tires at least there good enough to drive. At the same time had ball joints and a tie rod replaced with an alignment, they did the alignment 3 times still pulls to oncoming traffic. 2 new ball joints were bad or got installed properly is what i was told. truck left there still pulling in both directions. SAVE TIME AND MONEY TAKE YOUR RIDE TO THE DEALER.
Thanks so much for finding me a wheel! These guys took the time and made some calls to find me a new wheel for a THIRD of the price that the dealer was going to charge me. I appreciate the great service!

They have s new customer (me). The best customer service.
The only person in the entire office who does anything is the franchisee and everyone else there doesn’t know what they’re talking about or just doesn’t care. When they mess up they’ll bend over backwards to fix it but they will mess up. If you’re a woman they talk to you like you’re an absolute idiot. I’ve had two cars go through there and had to take them both back multiple times for something they should have done the first time it was there.
Thanks to the wonderful people at Tires Inc for all your help. I was passing through Chehalis when my car broke down. I tried two other auto repair shops that would not help me. Not only did the busy folks at Tires Inc agree to take a look at what was going on with my car, they fixed it the next day and I got home safe and sound. Thank you Tires Inc. Appreciate your help and honesty more than you can imagine.
Great service friendly staff fast turn around. Definitely a lifetime customer. Dad used them for as long as i can remember no reason to not continue to use them.
