First time I bought 2 new tires, service was just fine. Went again for 2 more new tires and that went fine until it was noticed that the other 2 tires (that were put on the first time) were needing replacement soon already. These tires were suppose to be good for 50k miles and I had only put about 22k on them!! After about a month going back and forth between the 2 main guys there over the phone, waiting for phone calls back and some kind of resolution, nothing has happened to this day. I ve given up. Went To get a tire put on service sucked no one helped I stood in the office for 15mins not one person asked could I help you... Won t be going back and I stay in Jacksonville rather drive to little rock..

been by tires for less 3 times and it has been closed each time during the middle of the day. So started looking for time it will be open and there is nothing stating the working hours. Why would I buy tires from someone that I do not know if they are ever open.
