Quality, Performance, Value
Bought tires from them. Tires were bad. They warrantied them out. Been many time to have them rebalanced and truck aligned. Equipment is always not calibrated correctly requiring me to use other businesses. They told me I needed new brakes as mine were metal on metal with less than 1mm of pad left. Did the brakes myself... still 1/3 of the pad remaining. At least another year of driving and they created a sense of urgency. Avoid at all costs.

Hands down best customer service from beginning to end, I love the small town feeling and personal touch the moment you walk in the door . I cant say enough about how much I appreciate them for what they have done.
I would highly recommend Tires First to everyone. Teddy is absolutely amazing. My car was in and out and at a great price. :)
Came in at 1:15pm it’s 2:40 and they’re still telling me 10 more minutes. 2 females have came and went since I’ve been here, both getting tires. Maybe it’s because I’m a new customer that my vehicle was put behind theirs. Not sure what the problem is, but it’s never taken 2 hours to get my tire changed.
I had a mishap mowing the yard, my tire came off the wheel on the mower! It took me a few phone calls to finally find a place to help. I found Tires First and Teddy was super friendly and even repaired the tire for free! Made my day and I would totally come back! Their customer service is top notch and it is good to see a business like this. Thanks Teddy, God bless!
Courtesy and promptness are characteristic of these people and they don't try to sell something you don't need. They get all my tire business.
