The customer service is top notch. I have never seen a tire shop so clean and welcoming before this one. Went in today for a tire leak and they even cleaned my wheels. How awesome is that? Totally recommend tires by design.

These guys were amazing! Super friendly and took care of my bent rim I got from avoiding a drunk driver! I was in and out within 15 mins! I highly recommend this place for all your tire and rim needs!!

Great customer service. Fixed my tire leak no charge. In an out 20min. They will match or beat Discount Tire prices. Highly recommend. Getting new tires for my truck next week. They even have road hazard protection.
Th employees here are some of the friendliest that I have dealt with. They got me exactly what I needed and helped me understand exactly what I was getting. A big shout out to Alfonso and Chris, for all the help they gave me. I would recommend Tires By Design Seabrook to anyone.
Amazing customer service and very fast. Michael, who we dealt with, was incredibly nice and professional. I took my car to get my front 2 tires balanced and my hub caps changed out, and he explained what they did and what I would need to do if I continued to have problems with the wobble in my steering wheel. They also filled up and cleaned my tired. To top off my great experience with TBD they told me "no charge" for their services that day. I will definitely be coming back and would highly recommend it to others.
