Absolutely amazing service. I came in with a hole in my tire, they tried to repair it. When they told me the tire was unrepairable, I could trust them because they brought me along in the process. When deciding where to buy a new set, I decided to come back. Not because of their prices but because of their hospitality and respect.
Great pricing. I spoke to Kelvin took down my order as was very accurate with lead times. I didn't give it full marks because it doesn't have a shop for tire service at the Markham location. So you would have to go elsewhere for the install. This location is retail store only. I would come back here again to buy other products. Updated to 5 stars: service is great as usual and their Heritage location has tire install service as well as oil change.
I was shopping around for tires and found Tires 23 had the best pricing in comparison to many others out there. Ben was amazing over the phone. His customer service was so on point that as soon as I walked in before getting my tires replaced I said please let me know how I can promote your store. That's before any services were rendered. I appreciate good customer service and on the phone Ben was so helpful and courteous. They were able to get the tires the very next day after I placed my order which was great!
