First time visiting Tire23 in Markham to have new all weather tires installed. Previously already had email exchanges with Benny. Benny is very professional and very friendly to communicate with. He provided all quotes in a timely manner as well as suggested me to wait for a week as the brand i was interested had rebates. Had my tires changed today, and overall experience at the store abd with Benny was amazing. The store also has a nice open waiting area. Thank you for the great service Benny.
Dishonest and Disrespectful – Avoid This Tire Shop I went in to buy “new” tires and was told they were only 6 months old. After installation, I checked the DOT code and discovered they were actually made in week 48 of 2022 on one and week 50 of 2022 on the other — 2.5 years old at the time of sale. Absolutely amazing service. I came in with a hole in my tire, they tried to repair it. When they told me the tire was unrepairable, I could trust them because they brought me along in the process. When deciding where to buy a new set, I decided to come back. Not because of their prices but because of their hospitality and respect.
