We were on our way up North for the 4th of July holiday and had a significant front tire issue. It was close to quitting time on a very hot day and we called around but no one would look at the truck. Finally, we called the team at JAM and they happily agreed to take a look. It turned out to be mud jammed into both rims causing a significant imbalance issue. The team was very pleasant to work with and quick about getting us back on the road. We were very grateful! Nice work guys!
Great guys all through out, as a Mexican American I walked in the office and there was nothing but Trump flags and signs all over I said Yikes! Little did I know these guys offered phenomenal service, respect and honesty. Definitely recommend this place for all truck drivers in need of good tires and service. Quick and easy.
The guys in Livonia are stand up folks to deal with. I was planning a trip (flying) to purchase a Class A motorhome and inquired about six commercial truck tires. Their quote was much better than any place around and they brought the tires in very fast from an out of state warehouse. I made the motorhome purchase in the morning and dropped it off that afternoon and they got it all done. Even helped me by filling up the fresh water tank so I'd be ready for the road.
