I'm losing faith with this location! After my experience with them has not been good. Needed a tire, Friday 12:30pm, left car, 3:30pm they told me I need a new tire piece of metal in it can't fix, I asked they put the same kind of tire on it that the other 3 said no problem, ordering it. Be ready Saturday, called all day today, no tire has shown up, so I have to leave or put a donut on and drive with that. Not an option for me in Zero degree weather! So Monday I hope will be done! Last few visits here have not been good
Spent close to 5 hrs at this shop.Needless to say after telling them I was going to call Customer Relations.I walked out of there making out like a bandit.lol
Excellent. Superior service. Fair price.
There customer service is terrible. Damage my car give me the run around. Then tell me my repair estimate is to much. But we have a guy in south toledo who can do it for half the price. Or you can call your shop and see if they will do it cheaper. Really. The management at this location and there area manager are a joke.
