Almost every time I’m there it takes at least 3 hours even with an appointment when supposedly it’s only going to take an hour to an hour and a half. Plus they’re always looking for some reason to not honor the warranty on the tires I bought. Different times in the past I’ve taken my car to my mechanic to fix the problem they say I have so I can keep my warranty and the mechanic says I don’t have a problem.
