I brought my vehicle in for a second opinion because I was not satisfied with the service I received at the dealership. While the alignment was corrected, I noticed that the steering wheel was off-center. I brought it back and was told that the vehicle drives straight and there’s nothing wrong with the steering wheel position. I’m not an expert, but this is a new vehicle, and from everything I’ve read, the steering wheel should not be off-center.
