I visited Tire Zone this morning right around 8:10am. Their posted opening time of 8:00 AM. Unfortunately, the experience was disappointing. When I walked in, I wasn’t greeted. I asked an employee if they sold used tires and was told very abruptly and dismissively, “No, we don’t, ask him,” while pointing to another coworker. When I approached the second employee, who was behind the computer, I said I wanted to get a new tire. I recently had a flat tire and was feeling overwhelmed and worried about taking my car to get fixed, especially as a widow. Jiffy Lube recommended Tire Zone on Arrow Highway, and I'm so glad they did! The place was clean and the staff was very nice. I explained my situation to the young man at the desk, and he was very helpful. They removed a screw from my tire for free, and I was impressed and grateful for their kindness. Was referred here from Tire Zone covina for an alignment due to my car being to low. They were very nice and got the alignment done quickly. Will be back for next alignment needed!
Ruben and his team really took such delicate care of me. I was really stressed from a flat and came from American tire stating there would be over an hour wait and 30 dollars to fix the tire … I didn’t want to wait so I went to the next nearest place which was here tire zone! So glad I did. They patched up my tire free of charge and now I’m going to them all the time to purchase tires and all my tire problems. They have a tip jar so bring cash to show them some love. Definitely coming back 100 times over and over
