Came in because I had a nail in my tire and it kept losing air and they patched it completely for free! Best customer service and I will definitely come back here again in the future if I need to buy tires or get anything else fixed. Great people!
I visited Tire Zone this morning right around 8:10am. Their posted opening time of 8:00 AM. Unfortunately, the experience was disappointing. When I walked in, I wasn’t greeted. I asked an employee if they sold used tires and was told very abruptly and dismissively, “No, we don’t, ask him,” while pointing to another coworker. When I approached the second employee, who was behind the computer, I said I wanted to get a new tire. I recently had a flat tire and was feeling overwhelmed and worried about taking my car to get fixed, especially as a widow. Jiffy Lube recommended Tire Zone on Arrow Highway, and I'm so glad they did! The place was clean and the staff was very nice. I explained my situation to the young man at the desk, and he was very helpful. They removed a screw from my tire for free, and I was impressed and grateful for their kindness.
