The service is good. You tell the techs the issue and they come up with a solution. It’s as simple as that. Prices are fair too. Two location and one of them have open doors and service 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. You won’t find quality and affordable service elsewhere.
They were very helpful and very fast. Stop by check them out. Very satisfied.
I have had good and bad service from here. When I brought the bad service to management's attention they hastily corrected the issue. Today I had a nail in my tire and they quickly removed it. I went on my merry way. I got another nail in the same tire returned and waited for someone to acknowledge my presence. I can say the day staff is alot better than some of the evening staff. But once acknowledged they fixed my tire straight away.

The ownership has changed recently and the lack of customer service reflects this. I along with another customer ended up taking our business elsewhere. I was looking to purchase 2 tires. I called ahead, was told yes we have your size, only to get there, and they do not. I got nothing, but excuses from the so called manager for the day. I would be more than happy to speak to the Owner of this establishment. You're in jeopardy of losing more business if everyone's interaction is the same with BJ.
