I am recommending Tire World to EVERYONE! Alex helped me navigate shoddy work that was done by a another mechanic shop and even took my car to them to show them their mistakes. I have been using TW since I moved to Mandeville. They have been straight with me on every visit.
I have bought tires from you for many years but after my experience last week, I will find a new place to shop. I went in to have a tire repaired (that I purchased in June). I was told you were too busy to help. I explained it was urgent as I was driving to Oklahoma for a family emergency. The man stated he could not help me. My mom has always spoke highly of tire world and recommend me to go there. I am a new driver, and the associates at tire world have been so very helpful with my newly driver mishaps. From fixing my alignment from bumping objects, getting nails out of tires, to helping me in my time of need when my cylinders went bad. They have done an amazing job, and always have my car done within that very day or the next. So happy to have found this place. They are so friendly and honest and do a good job. We have used them 4 times and always just as courteous. What a relief and a blessing.
They are honest and trustworthy and also nice people to deal with. The only place my husband goes to. Always do a good job and they give you the best deal. We have taken both our vehicles to them many times throughout the years and have always been satisfied. My mom goes there as well and she thanked us for recommending them. I highly recommend this place.
