I’ve been going tire world for the past five years but the service has been going downhill while prices have been rising. Today when I went to pick my car up from an oil change I was told the tires (purchased there) had not been rotated. When I dropped the car off I had told them to rotate the tires but it apparently wasn’t recorded for the technician. When I questioned it, I was asked to schedule another time to come back for 90 minutes to do the rotation.
Using the dropbox to service my vehicle off this morning. After an oil changed last week to get an oil leak done that was discovered during the oil change. They asked me to put UV reactive dye in the oil and they said that they would service it soon as I drew over around 50 to 60 mi. This was $100.00 to put the dye in.
