Called for help with an electrical problem. Spoke to Mike who told me he can’t help me at his shop and said he was busy. He was definitely too busy to hear the issue. At the end it was simply a fuse in the trunk that I can’t get to but needed Tire World to help. I wanted to tell him what was needed but he said I had to go to a dealer. Guess he decides what business he wants to handle. Great experience..NOT!!
Found a flat tire on my car early on a Sunday morning! They were the first place I called and they got me in right away. Cost? Free!
