We brought our vehicle in for a tire patch on a Sunday morning. Eric recognized and remembered us from several months back and showed immediate willingness to assist. We left our vehicle there and within an hour we had a call telling us it was done! We were so impressed given that we'd brought it in on a busy weekend with no scheduled appointment. Service was great, polite staff and great pricing.
Horrible customer service. I made an appointment for an oil change and showed up on time. There are three employees puttering around, shuffling papers and staring at computer screens. One guy is on the phone. He says he'll be right with me. He continues to talk for a few minutes, then picks up another phone call. Meanwhile, the other two are still shuffling stuff and dinking around. I just left LOL
I have been a Tire World customer for many years. The service level that Mark and the team provide is excellent. It’s hard to find someone you can trust and I believe I have.
