It is open to interpretation and they refused to pay for a gash in the tire. Generally dissatisfied over the years. Going somewhere else.

Don't Use this Shop! This particular Tire World is notorious for selling services that you do not need and for using scare-tactics to force you into getting the "additional" service. They have even stolen parts off of vehicles for personal use or to promote service--I know, it happened to me and I caught them. Stay away from this store--they're bad news.

They are crooks and have been for years Never do business with these pple. They are crooks. So i made a bad mistake of leaving my debit card in my car, when I went to get my car the debit card was missing then on the phone they said they had a coupon right in front of them for 19.99 on a oil change and when they rung me out they charged me 35 dollars.I should of listened to my sister five years ago when she told me they were making up all sorts of things with her car then she took it to a different place and found out that tire world was just trying to get her for her money.Its in management for problem to keeps happening with them.Before I left an employee even said he was leaving the company because they were crooks.sooo sad

Honest! This place is practically right across the street from me. I've been wanting to find an honest repair/maintenance shop for a little while now and I stumbled upon Tire World, basically without having a choice, when I discovered I had a flat tire and needed immediate assistance. I had never been here before or even inquired. I just walked in. They fixed my flat (didn't have to get a new one) very quickly, I barely had to wait, and they didn't try to gyp me into buying anything new or getting anything unnecessarily serviced. We talked about other things I wanted done to my car, and they were VERY honest, friendly and genuine. Didn't try to sell me, and only gave me honest suggestions. I could just tell they weren't like any other shop I've ever been to. It's also a plus that the location is extremely convenient. I'll definitely be going here for anything else I need done!

Honest and Fair Finally an honest shop with a great staff. I am an ASE Master Tech who no longer has the time to work on my own vehicles. I have trusted Rick with several of my cars and each time, I have been impressed. These guys do the work right, are accurately priced and truly care about their customers. I would highly recommend them.

No good! I took my car in to have simple oil change done. After one day it started knocking so we checked the oil and it stated it was empty. When I talked to tire world the denied the whole thing and said that it lost a quart in one day and that is why it siad it was low. So they check it..aka they would put oil is what they ment to say. They even charged me for another quart when they didn't even put oil back in my car after they drained it. All in all I will never take my car there agian. I was just lucky they didn't blow my car up with there mistake.
