Unethical company. I have been taking my two cars to Tire world for maintenance since I moved to Frederick, MD August 2020. They were fine until now. I took my one of my car last month for routine maintenance service and it was fine. I took my SUV and they said ABS module was not working properly and they fixed it. I paid $800+ and took my car. I drove my SUV twice since I got it back from them and it started leaking very heavy and mentioned it to them. They told me to bring it back and they said the steering wheel oil was l... read more
I have had nothing but the best experiences at this location. They are quick, they listen and they definitely never try to up sale or take advantage. I trust them completely and they are just the best.
Sergio helped me and was A very funny and B kind, my friend and I came in after what was arguably one of the worst days of my life and Sergio answered questions and got my car in and fixed promptly, also the humor certainly helped on such a crappy day, solid people and my beautiful baby of a car is all Okay now
