So I needed a rim repaired from hitting a curb. I stumbled on this establishment and it was a weird experience. The cost to do the job was $175. Three days went by and no call. I call them several times and no answer. Decided to drive to the shop to pickup my rim. Come to find out they lost my order and could not call. Best tire shop in town, good prices and lovely friends to wait in the lobby with you!
Extremely unprofessional. I called to ask a simple question about state inspections, and the person who answered the phone was rude and dismissive. Instead of providing a clear answer, they abruptly told me they don’t do state inspections and then hung up on me. Completely unacceptable behavior—this is not how you treat potential customers.
Scheduled an appointment for 4:30, said they had the tires in stock. Drove over and hour, they said the truck had not shown up yet. Do not go here. Again, do not go here. Go to Discount Tire.
