On 6/17/25 @ 530pm, I went to the front desk for help with my tire. Supervisor Javier was unhelpful and unprofessional. He said my truck couldn't be serviced, even though they previously worked on it. As I left, a technician offered to help me. Javier yelled at me in front of customers, informed me I was being charged a higher price, and said this was the last time. He said I was no longer welcome at Tireworks.
