Horrible Customer Service – They Just Don't Care Tire Wholesale was a huge disappointment. After they installed my tires, I noticed a huge wobble at higher speeds. I contacted them immediately, but they refused to let me bring my car back in. They didn’t offer any help or solutions and just left me hanging. I had to go to a different shop to get everything fixed. This is the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. Avoid them!
Completely Incompetent and Unhelpful! I had my tires installed at Tire Wholesale, and from the beginning, the customer service was a nightmare. After the tires were installed, my car started shaking uncontrollably. When I called to ask them to fix it, they wouldn't let me come back. They didn’t care about the issue at all, and when I pushed for help, they just ignored me. I had to take my car to another shop to have it properly balanced. This place is a joke!
Terrible Experience – Avoid at All Costs! I took my car to Tire Wholesale for new tires, and the customer service was absolutely terrible. After they installed the tires, I noticed a bad vibration at high speeds. I called them right away, but they refused to let me come back to fix the problem. The service was awful, and when I explained the issue, they didn’t even try to help. I had to go somewhere else to get it fixed. Do yourself a favor and stay away from these guys!
Excellent service at a reasonable price.
I’ve been coming to this shop for a couple years now, first for my Tesla Model Y and now my Mercedes Benz E350. Not only do they have a wide variety of options to choose from, but their prices cannot be beat. I’ve used the tires I’ve got from here for multiple seasons and have never had an issue. Great customer service as well, I recommend Tire Wholesale Inc to all of my friends and family.
