I was cleaning out my garage and decided to get rid of some auto tires I had considered keeping as they still had a small amount of tread on them. When I contacted Tire Warehouse they confirmed that they do dispose of tires, but when I brought them in, they informed me that they would do that for me as a courtesy at no charge! I expected to pay for the disposal but they saved me that money. I am very pleased with the service I have received in the past and would definitely recommend them! N. Johnson
Having a low tire, my husband took my car to Tire Warehouse to have them take a look. He pulled into the driveway and as soon as he got out of the car, a couple of the workers asked him if he needed help. He explained the issue and they immediately took the car into the bay to take a look. Not even 10 minutes later, the worker came into the waiting area and said he was all set! Now that is great customer service! Thank you so much for a job well done! You definitely made us a repeat customer!
I had an appointment set for 3:30 pm today. I sat in their waiting for for over an hour. For them to ask me to reschedule. What a joke! After listening to 2 employees ranting and raving about only 1 tech working. Well if you already knew this you probably should have stopped taking appointments. I was trying to make sure my tires were safe to drive back home 90 mile. Never again!! POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE
Over the past 2-3 years I feel like every time I come here which is about 2 to 3 times per year to get 2 tires M&B on rims already off the vehicle, The prices seem to go up a few dollars yet the service (If you’re even able to receive service that day) noticeably declines.. coincidentally the past 3 times if I’m not mistaken when I have come in I am told by the manager that they cannot M&B my 2 tires because their guy went home early or they were overbooked..
