RecommendedThanks to Fitz and the crew at Laconia VIP, I was able to safely take my mini van, with 130,000+ miles, on a 2800 mile, 7-day, 9 state journey. They checked it out and fixed everything that needed to be done for me to safely make the trip. i switched solely to VIP for my car needs a few years ago and they have never let me down. They only do repairs that are necessary and the staff always makes me feel like my business, and car troubles, are welcome.

Just had a new set of tires installed on my car. I was treated with class and respect. The installation went smoothly and the pricing was fair. I will definitely be back next time I need new tires. Keep up the great work!

I have never had a bad experience at VIP tires & Service on 1033 Union Avenue . The manager ( Dennis ) goes out of his way to always make my experience a pleasant one . The courtesy, respect ( I am a senior citizen ) that he and all the technicians have always shown me goes above and beyond ! It is what always brings me back for all my maintenance needs and services in my car. Thank you Dennis and the team of hard workers 🤗
The manager was rude about replacing a tail light. Seeing which light could fit to replace a license plate light seemed like it was too much work for him. Also slow and had to do five other things before he checked me out after my inspection.
This place is soooooo slow. Mad overpriced, incopitent employees but if you don't care and are loaded good luck
