I had a appointment at 8am they opened at 8:15 for a alignment told he told me it would be awhile to leave the car , what is the point of a appointment. Then told me there is a Million other places to get it done . Believe I went to one of the other Million places . Never go here there is a Million other place there own advice .
They don't stand behind their work they broke it they should fix it at no cost but no they suck!!
Taking advantage of older female customers....that shit went out the window years ago. Obviously these asshats have not learned that lesson but they'll learn one now. 5 minutes and a $2 part and you would get all the NEGATIVE reviews.....fools�!!

+1 missing lug.
You ruined a stud on my friend joe krolls mothers vehicle and never warned her until she notice missing a lug nut a few days later. Then your response was your not responsible. Never have heard of a business doing that before and a simple 50$ fix is not worth losing a reputation over. Sad
They wont honor their mistakes, they will leave lug nuts off and not even tell you about them. They have no customer service mindset esp for safety
