Very Satisfied Had new brakes and oil change. Very professional and quick. Price was less than I would have paid at my local service center. I will definitely be back. New owners have really made a difference.
Horrible Place! Go somewhere else! Don't go to this place! horrible service, and the people there are very unprofessional. I went there to get my brakes changed, ended up having my tire FALL off, and suffered many other repairs because of it!
Horrible place to go. I took my truck there to get my upper and lower ball Joints done on the right side of my truck. They said it was fixed and charged me $388.00. 3 years later the same ball joint broke and now i have more damage to the front end of my truck. Now to find out they didn't even fix it. What a Joke. They are not professional at all. I Don't even think they know how to fix cars. Mark the owner isn't even their. So don't take your vehicle there.
Willing to go back... Plainwell Muffler Man has new owners. Thought I'd give them a try. The past owners were bad. I only had a lube job done but they were friendly, fast and the price was comparable to others shops. I plan to return. Why not give the new owners a try?

Excellent Service First of all I'd like to congratulate the 2 negative reviews on their grammar and spelling. I can tell by your lack of english that both of you probably live in a cave. Keusch is not the only Towing company on I-96 in Portland either. These guys work hard and help customers after hours. Their service manager Bob Ward is awesome! Keep up the good work!
Great Customer Service!! Keusch is amazing!! They come and pick up my suburban, change the oil and return it to my house! They have helped me many times and are very fair in price and their customer service is amazing!
