Awesome Service! I took my car in because I needed a tune up, and also thought I needed shocks and struts (there was quite a bit of noise) turned out there was a piece of plastic loose on my car causing the issue!!!! Any other place in town would have robbed me blind! The guys were VERY helpful and the price was EXCELLENT. By far the BEST place in Joliet to take your car to!!!! Great deals on tires This small shop was great for getting a set of cheap tires for my old car. I believe it was around $200 for a new set on my old Honda Accord. That included mounting.

Nice people We went here after they were recommended to us by someone else, and were very happy with the service. The people are very nice and work quick. The prices seem reasonable, but I always suggest checking around on price. Overall, a good experience. They don't treat you like you don't know anything. They are nice people.

Ray's Ok Svc Inc is Undependable I just went to Ray's for my 10:00 AM appt. I had scheduled yesterday with them. I normally have my cars worked on there and I'm familar with their routine - schedule an appt., wait for an estimate, decide whether or not to have the work done. Upon arriving today at Ray's I was asked if I was at the right place since they didn't have me on the schedule. I said I had spoke to them yesterday and was given a 10:00 am appt. Great Auto Shop What a great shop, especially for a female. They are courteous and explain everything, and do not talk down to you if you are female. The service was fantastic, the prices very reasonable and in comparison with other shops in the area. The car was fixed quickly and I have had no problems since the repair work was completed.

Will not go back! We went to this place all the time when Lou owned it. Not the case anymore. Buyer beware of this business! Went there for a quote and this manager totally tried to take us to the cleaners. Couldn't find anything wrong with the car so made up a few things and wanted to charge us nearly $2,000 for repairs. We left there and went to Merlins on Rte 59 in Plainfield and half the work Farnsworth told us we needed we did not need saved us over $1300. Be careful with this place.

Horrible place to go. I took my truck there to get my upper and lower ball Joints done on the right side of my truck. They said it was fixed and charged me $388.00. 3 years later the same ball joint broke and now i have more damage to the front end of my truck. Now to find out they didn't even fix it. What a Joke. They are not professional at all. I Don't even think they know how to fix cars. Mark the owner isn't even their. So don't take your vehicle there.

Great place to go...... Service was great. The owner - Mark - was very friendly and professional. Cheaper than anywhere else I checked. Would definitely recommend.
