In a time when you can buy things anywhere, all you have is customer service. The lady in the front has no idea what that means. I will support a different local tire service from now on.

Been a loyal customer for many years. I will not be back. New tire that wasn't even ready to be rotated blows while my daughter is on the freeway and they refuse to honor road hazard. Said it was driven while flat. Didn't even bother to look at it. Didn't seem to care how many years I had been a customer. Older man told be so, I've been in business for 50 years, don't care about your 20.
Got me a set of tires in a pinch. And at a good price too. Thanks yall. I be coming back in the future.
I would not recommend this company to anyone. The woman that works in the front office is completely rude and disrespectful to the customers and the employees. she doesn't tell you what you're supposed to do or I'll be with you in a moment or wait right here and I'll I'll find out what we need to do. Nothing like that she just walks off and just leaves you hanging she scolded an employee right there in front of me. it was completely unprofessional. If you need are in need of some trailer tires i would suggest going down the road to Axel Supply. There you can get whole wheel and tire for a fraction of what Tire Town charges for a single tire. I heard good things but I was sadly disappointed with this outfit.
Very fast, great service, cheap!
