Owner is a Coke head. Expect to wait 3 months to get your tires changed. Even after paying for the job. WORSE SERVICE EVER!! A homeless person would do a better job. Wish it was possible for no stars or negative stars!!!
Terrible experience dealing with Charlie. I transferred the money to book Winter Tire in October and chased him for over 1 month to book an appointment. When i finally got the appointment, on the day of the appointment an hour before the allotted time he said he will not be able to change that day due to personal reasons. When i asked this is not working, he offered to return the money and then again i had to chase him for 4 days to get my money back. Multiple Followups on texts and calls. Don't waste your time. If I made an appointment to get winter tires on and showed up on time. Charlie was not even there. The shop looked questionable, tiny, disorganized with no place to park. I tried calling Charlie and he didnt pick up. He returned my call 40 minutes late and ask for me to return back. What a joke.
My man Charlie never disappoints! We use his shop for all of our valued customers and have always gotten great feedback!! From our mount & balance to alignments. He takes great care of all of our valued ones! 10/10
