Got new front brakes because dealer said front pads needed to be replaced. Never said anything about rotors. So I got new front pads. Didn't get rotors. Rotors looked fine. Was told "Pulsation May Occur" from not getting rotors. Ok thats fine. Took it back in the next day because of 'Grinding' noise. Would not even look at it. Was told it was because I didn't get rotors. Since when is 'Grinding' noise the same as pulsation? Was going to get rear brakes done as well but think I will take business elsewhere.
