On June 27, 2020 I made an emergency stop at the Tire-Rama in Billings, MT on Grand Ave. I have been traveling cross-country from Tennessee to Tacoma and a low tire wasn't getting better. We made the stop after calling ahead. We arrived and were greeted warmly and they even let my big Airedale Terrier come in and wait. After 30 minutes, the tire was repaired and they had even reset my tire sensors the previous place hadn't bothered to do before we left. Tire-Rama on Grand Ave has always been our go to for home and work. I had to get new windshield wipers for my work vehicle the other day and Erik was great! He answered all of my questions, told me my options and even installed them for me. I was in and out within 10 minutes. I was in and out so fast, I didn't even have a chance to grab the free popcorn. 😊
So this was my morning... Flat tire!! While it was a pain and inconvenient timing I want to brag about a company. After I changed it, I was told that Tire-Rama fixes flats for free. So I thought I would see if that was the case. So I threw the doughnut on headed right over. Gave them my tire, it turned out that it had a fixable puncture. They said they could fix it and I said I could put it back on they didn’t need to worry about it because I could see they were busy. But he insisted on it and did.
