My experience with Tire Rack mobile installation was fantastic. Joel came promptly and installed a full set of tires on my Lexus in pouring rain. I really appreciate his efforts and wish him the best the best going forward.
The mobile installation experience was easy to schedule, and the technician Joel was incredibly knowledgeable. He performed the change very quickly and was courteous and professional, definitely would use again, but hopefully I don’t have to.
Josiah was great, answered all my questions, installed all 4 tires without issue. Recommendation to TR, give your mobile employees back support (Mueller or something similar) as they are lifting many tires during the day and my technician didn't have anything to support his back! They deserve that.
