Edit: They did eventually come after I called and called and called and they discounted me for the guy being late. What I will say is the gentleman that did come was very nice professional and did a great job on the tires. I understood things coming up and a person being late but a simple phone call letting me know would have yielded a 4/5 star review and a significantly better experience.
