I was traveling through Hudson, WI and was in need of an airbag kit for my truck. They were not able to get one that specific day, but I was able to buy one from the Chevy dealership down the road and TirePros was glad to put on the kit for me. Six months later the airbag developed a hole in it and I first tried to get the airbag waranteed through Firestone, but they came to the conclusion that it was to the fault of the installer: TirePros. Excellent service -- they were able to get me in the same day to install my tires and provided me with a loaner car as well. They were professional, thorough, and very courteous. I will definitely recommend them to others!
Always great service. Friendly, great selection, but the last couple visits my requests about my service did not get passed on to the techs, or written down. Still.. Would highly recommend Tire Pros
