so first off I was almost an hour late for my appointment and although they had every right to not get me in, they did. Very professional and knowledgeable. My car was in and out before I knew it. Definitely going to be a return customer.
Had a blowout on a tire. Called Scott on short notice. He had 4 new tires ordered by the following day. I had to work so Scott came to my work and picked up my car and then delivered it back to me after putting on the tires. That is great customer service combined with a quality product!
The staff is amazing. I always feel taken care of here. They have gone above and beyond what was expected. very professional, friendly and thorough. I appreciate them greatly.

I spent $911 on tires, and $3041 on repairs. But because they didn't even fix my main problem, I ended up paying $200 more for towing, and another $280 to replace a part that was less than a year old. And guess what? My original problem that I asked for an estimate on, and was told that isn't the issue.....STILL isn't fixed. But it will be next week......at A DIFFERENT SHOP. You know when you ask the manager to write down (and sign it ) what is happening with your vehicle, but that his mechanics can't figure out why....and h... read more
