We were stranded 40 miles from the nearest auto part store with a bad alternator and went into to talk to the guy in snowville and offered to help us only by charging $100 an hour!!! We declined not being able to pay that plus part costs. So he said to bring in our battery and he would charge it, so at least we can make it to tremonton. $25 later for 15 minutes of his "time" huge rip off and to leave and look back as he's on the phone instead of working on a car he was charging $100 an hour on as well! Shredded a tire on a Sunday night in southern Idaho. Archibald folks answered the phone, drove to the shop to meet us, found a safe and economical solution to get us the rest of the way home. Outstanding service, treated us like longtime customers. Quite impressed.
