I have used Tire Outlet on all three of our vehicles. They consistently provide the best all around service of any auto repair I've ever used. Customer service is prompt and friendly, they provide honest, reasonable recommendations, including telling us that we do not to do a particular repair. The work is done quickly and well. We use them for all of our tire and repair needs.
Friendly, knowledgeable, and fast. Craig and his team are honest mechanics, and that is hard to find. You can walk in and get great service, but make an appointment to save time.
Very reliable and honest mechanics. Saved my butt two separate times with a blown rear shock and damaged upper control arm. Great communication during both visits and showed the exact damage in the garage to me personally before starting work. Shoutout to Tim for the miracle work on the control arm and one of the other mechanics (whose name I’ve unfortunately forgotten) who stayed late to replace my rear shocks the first time around.
