Tire Outfitters has officially lost any future business from me and my family due to a vindictive vehicle inspector that works for them. I was agitated when he came into the office and said he was failing my jeep for the 3rd brake light and brake pads on 2 wheels...the agitating part being the 3rd brake light that has passed inspection for the past 4 years(which he claims isn't dot certified. Quick friendly service, fair pricing
I've been going to Tire Outfitters since I moved to Winchester in 2013. I drive almost 30 minutes to take my vehicle here even though there are auto mechanics much closer to my home. Their service has always been quick and honest. And as a woman, it's been great to find a place where I'm treated with respect despite my abysmal lack of knowledge about mechanics. Kudos to Tire Outfitters for excellent service!
I don't just get my new tires here, but I also get oil changes, brake jobs, front end alignments, State Inspections, 'funny noise' jobs too!
been bringing vehicles here for years. never had any issue whatsoever until today when my wife brings mine for a state inspection. turned down because of headlamps? are you kidding? It passed last year with those same headlamps. They've been installed since a month after I bought the car (9/17). And you guys passed it! Then you use the excuse that you "saw a receipt in my glove box" for the lights. Is that a fact? They were bought on Amazon, morons, and there's no receipts in my glove box. Very helpful and very honest. I failed inspection for one tire and was told the belt was broke. The tires were only a year and half old so I was only replacing 1. Ed was great in finding a comparable tire but when my son took it in the next day, the tech told him he saw nothing wrong with the existing tire. He even called the inspection station to tell them as much and they honored his expertise and said for my son to bring the car in and they would pass it..which he did.
