Number one they don't answer their phone I believe their potentially screening my call I had submit an application because I heard they were hiring over the radio so I submit an application and have called to check up but I continue to get the runaround their owners not in Oh he's in and out Don't answer the phone Don't answer the phone tire mode of used to be good
Took a car I was thinking about purchasing there to have it checked out. Mike got me right in, inspected the car and came out to the waiting room to talk to me. Mike told me exactly what they found and suggested I walk away from the deal. I was so thankful that I had the car checked out before making a large purchase. He was so kind to me. I liked this place and didn’t think I would. They said my control arm was leading to my uneven tire ware . Graham Tire never said anything. They replaced it and I haven’t had any tire issues. They gave me a ride back home and picked me up with no issues whatsoever. I will definitely go back to Tiremotive .
I brought my Ford edge in and it's been to 3 shops before I came here. They were able to balance and rotate the tires fixed the issue! I am blessed that came here thank you for your amazing customer service and fixing the issue!!
