We purchased tires from Tire Kountry and were charged an additional $18+ for using a credit card. If a business plans to pass the credit card processing fee on to the customer, I believe that should be clearly communicated ahead of time, especially when the appointment is made over the phone. We were also required to put down a deposit prior to our appointment, and at no point was the credit card fee mentioned. Had we known about the additional charge, we would have simply brought cash. I'm beyond grateful for this place and the beautiful amazing humans that keep it running Cortney and Mario(and others whose names I haven't learned as well but totally appreciate too) know me and my car and always get me back safely on the road in a very timely manner. And if they need to do more, they'll be honest with you about that too and break it all down, as affordably as possible.
