I was in the NTB/ Dorchester Rd., N Charleston, SC store on 4/13/21 with appt. for oil change/tile rotation. Unfortunately for me, the service advisr pointed out a roofing nail in my rt. rear tire once car was on rack, stating he couldn't rotate ties (dangerous as it had nail on edge of sidewall) and they could not patch as it was not "fixable". I am so upset with the lack of quality this company has provided. I purchased tires, back shocks, and an alignment at the end of December 2020. In February my car is driving funny, bring it back. I am told I need a new tire and my alignment needs to be adjusted. We were under the impression that both were completed. Now that it's April, my car starts driving weird again. On March 24, 2021, I took my car to the business to get an alignment. I spent 2 hours in the business waiting for the service to be performed. After such time the business returned my car as complete. After driving the car back to my home approximately 20-minutes away I found the car was pulling to the right. On March 26, 2021, I went back to the business to get the issue rectified. We use Permaseal back in 2017, we have had no issues with the work that was completed. Aaron was the consultant that took care of us, we have referred him to our family and friends.

Have purchased tires from them for all my vehicles with the alignment package. Every time I take one of my vehicles in for check; the issue is never fixed, the steering wheel is never straight, and they let air pressure out of my tires. They do checks on things that we have asked them not too. They will say you need service on things that don't need service. The manager is very rude and an arrogant person. I would not recommend them to my worst enemy.
