On November 10, 2021 I made a reservation for PRE-PAID contactless tires and installation ($581.84) for November 13th. It was for my son's car so I sent him to get the work done with specific instructions to not have any other work done. At approximately 9:30, he called stating they wanted to do brakes, rotors and sensors. On September 23, 2021 (2 months previous) I paid over $1,800 at BMW for OEM brakes, sensors and refinished rotors. Obviously, I told my son "no" and he conveyed this to NTB. My mother went to get car inspected to drop off car, front desk said to her you know you could get a ticket and was very rude, next day after hours of not hearing from them I called, they were like oh yeah....(forgot to call) you failed inspection. The business did not answer the phone when I called over 30 rings, when I hung up and called again they answered, sounded sleepy. On 9/21/21 I went to NTB at 5301 Baltimore National Pike to fix a problem with my right rrqr break pads. 1st they charged me $540 for one side. They did not bleed the break correctly and when i got the car and drove to work the breaks went to the floor making it unsafe. I had to pump the breaks consistantly to get back to NTB to fix the problem. They bled them but it still wasnt safe. I called corporate and the representative said get a quote from the dealer. ZERO!!! The way they try to milk people for money, and the lies that are told in order for them to get more money is ridiculous! If you don't know anything about cars this place will definitely rob you. Simple thing that was asked to be done new tires, change brakes, and an oil change. They wanted to turn it in a whole show to get more money, thank God they picked the right one to mess with and got caught in there lies, a simple request that was totaled to be $1574.03, they wanted an additional $3800 for no reason. MAJOR complaint of incompetence, or malicious intent - I am not sure how to categorize this. I recently purchased tires for my truck. I purchased tires on the NTB website, and set an appointment to have them installed. I had other personal appointments, which not only did this make me late for, but also prevented me from returning before the store closed. Made an 10:30 appointment for oil change drops car off at 10:15 I call at 2:56pm told car was not ready it's now after 6pm and the shop is closed but they still have my car. I was not told that they will be keeping my car overnight. This is an inconvenience for me now my children will not be able to go to school tomorrow.

It was a simple tire replacement. The mechanic failed to install the tire valve gasket. I woke up the next morning with a completely flat tire and had to be in Baltimore at 8:30 am. When I called, **** the manager already knew what the problem was. When I asked how she could know without looking at the car, she said the mechanic told her he forgot to install the gasket after I left the lot. So she knew and didn't bother to call me about it!
